Ella's career has been a progression from working in the legal aspect of real estate doing conveyancing, title searching and closing real estate transactions for lawyers, to servicing her clients directly. By opening her own company, she was able to service her clients according to their individual needs. She is dedicated to providing service that truly fulfills the needs of each individual client understanding those needs and responding to them in a timely manner with professional integrity. Ella takes pride in finding the “right” properties for her clients according to their specifications.

As a mother of three, the owner of Megaron Realty and a dedicated volunteer of Pelletier Homes for Youth, some may think that Ella would not be able to juggle any thing else in her life. Ella is an extraordinary person who is dedicated to her community. Among the many organizations she has been a part of during the years, she was also Chairperson of the Black Creek Business Area Association 1999-2001. The mandate of the association is to keep and foster employment in the Black Creek and Eglinton area in the City of Toronto. She continues to maintain an active role volunteering with the Sister’s of the Good Shepherd whose philosophy is, “one person is of more value than the whole world”. Through programs such as The Sharing Fair, they continually provide for those who are under privileged.
